2 tier cotton skirt with cross motive lace. Fully shirred. Length 51cm, flat measured waist 25-38cm. Has a little  ribbon bow on each side. It was slightly faded when I got it, so I dyed it for a deeper colour – hence the label is black. Overall great condition, no major flaws. I think it's from the year 2001 or near that, I found another skirt with the same lace and labels from 2001.
